StiknTrak is a brand of Ambient IoT Pty Ltd (Australia). This privacy notice covers stikntrak.io and the StiknTrak Asset Visualisation Platform (SAVP) at locations.stikntrak.io.
When you contact us through this site we collect the information you provide on the form: name, company, email address, and the details of your enquiry. When you operate StiknTrak devices on SAVP, we process the device telemetry (temperature, humidity, location) you have asked us to relay on your behalf, plus operational metadata (account, user, login times).
We use enquiry information to reply to you and to follow up on a deployment or pilot you have asked about. We use SAVP telemetry strictly to provide the SAVP service to your account — we do not sell or share device data with third parties. We do not run advertising on this site or in SAVP.
SAVP telemetry is retained for the term of your contract plus the audit window your industry requires (typically 5–7 years for pharma cold-chain). Enquiry email is retained for 24 months unless you ask us to delete it earlier.
If you are in Australia, the EU/UK, or another jurisdiction with privacy rights legislation (Privacy Act 1988, GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA), you have rights of access, correction, deletion and portability over your personal data. To exercise any right, email hello@stikntrak.io and we will respond within 30 days.
