These terms govern your use of stikntrak.io and any free trial of the StiknTrak Asset Visualisation Platform (SAVP). Commercial deployments are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement signed with Ambient IoT Pty Ltd.
You may use this marketing site to learn about StiknTrak products, request a pilot, and download published material. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, run automated probes against SAVP without permission, or republish StiknTrak content without attribution.
If we issue you a SAVP trial tenant or seed devices for a pilot, the trial is supplied as-is, with no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. Trial telemetry is not a system of record — do not rely on a trial tenant for regulated audit data. Production deployments require a signed agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, Ambient IoT Pty Ltd accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of information from this marketing site or from a SAVP trial tenant. Production deployments include the warranty and indemnity terms set out in the Master Services Agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
