Available tools

WEB TOOL · PRINT WORKFLOW

Device QR generator

Create 20 mm × 20 mm device labels for StiknTrak GO and SAVP workflows. Generate one QR code or upload a CSV to produce a print-ready A4 label sheet.

  • Single device → transparent high-resolution PNG
  • Batch CSV → print-ready A4 PDF
  • 91 active labels per page using the current 40461 layout

IPHONE WEB TOOL · BATCH SCANNING

Device ID QR scanner

Use the iPhone rear camera to scan production labels continuously and create a one-column Device ID file for batch processing.

  • Optimised for low-contrast grey QR codes on production labels
  • Confirms each new scan with a clear sound
  • Rejects duplicates and keeps a running device total
  • Auto-saves progress on the iPhone
  • Exports a CSV containing one DEVICE_ID column

BROWSER TOOL · PRODUCTION RELEASE

Firmware folder → QR CSV

Turn a folder or ZIP of provisioned .hex firmware files into a validated CSV directly in your browser. The utility extracts each device MAC address from the filename and keeps production preparation consistent.

  • Accepts a firmware ZIP directly or scans a selected folder
  • Recognises delimited and compact StiknTrak firmware filenames
  • Detects duplicate device IDs and invalid filenames
  • Creates MAC,SAVP_GENERATED_TRIP_ID CSV output
  • Runs locally in the browser · firmware files are not uploaded

WEB TOOL · LOCAL J-FLASH BRIDGE

StiknTrak firmware programmer

  • Website-controlled production workflow with live PASS/FAIL logs
  • Validates Intel HEX records and checksums before programming
  • Tracks flashed identities and prevents accidental reuse
  • Expandable, vertically resizable device list and programming log
  • Firmware remains local and is never uploaded to StiknTrak
